We are extremely happy with your participation in VSNA 45th Convention, especially flying with your family from out of state. We have already more than 200 people registered to the convention along with Swamies and many invited artists of exceptional talent (check www.vsna.org/convention  for regular updates). We are trying to organize the best available food in Houston along with getting unique North Karnataka items and Kayi Holige from India.

Best experience you can have while attending the convention at India House (Program Facility) and staying in Hilton Westchase (Guest Room Facility) is by "RENTING YOUR OWN CAR" which can be done from both airports George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) or Hobby Airport (HOU) as both are almost equidistant from the Hilton Westchase. This gives the needed freedom to you and your family during the two full days of busy convention activities.

As organizers, to make sure to assist outstation attendees, we are planning to organize the Convention Shuttle service between Hilton Westchase and India House in the early morning, afternoon, and late evening. To use the scheduled Convention Shuttle Service, you may have to "BOOK THE TIME SLOTS" available in the Shuttle Transport Times in advance and may have to wait for a few minutes. To avoid undue waiting time for the shuttle and to remove related frustration, we are trying to assess the exact requirements of the Shuttle Service Capacity needed. We appreciate it if you can CONFIRM to us whether you will be dependent on our Convention Shuttle Service on Saturday and Sunday (July 2nd & 3rd, 2022).
